A Community Portrait: Daylesford and District This project aims to tell the story of the social history of Daylesford and District through the eyes of the community. Daylesford and district is known for its gold, mineral water, and forestry. It is an area of breathtaking scenery and one which is fondly remembered throughout Australia. Oral history interviews are being undertaken to enhance this much-needed history. Photographs and paintings will be used in the final product of this project which will be a beautiful publication worthy of any bookshelf or coffee table.
